Where can I find the DebtCo case number?
The DebtCo case number is the unique number created by CollectIC when a new collections file is uploaded. It is unique to the collection file and is not the unique number assigned to an individual or company.
A company or debtor can have multiple collections file meaning, they can have multiple DebtCo case numbers.

You can already identify the DebtCo case number on the left side of the open files view as seen below:
When in a collections file, you can see the DebtCo case number in the financial insights section.
